As an artist who is proud of the artwork that I create, it’s important to me that you’re completely satisfied with the artwork you receive. If you are unhappy with your purchase when it arrives for whatever reason, please send an email to tom@carvefinart.com, so that I can try my best to work something out with you and find a positive solution for both of us.

Returns and Refunds

My refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

To complete your return, I will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

If you could also email me at tom@carvefinart.com, so that I know to expect your return parcel arriving, that would be a great help.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If there is a problem with your return, I will be in contact so the we can find a resolution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping the item to you may be deducted from your refund. Please make sure that you package your return item suitably to provide adequate protection from damage in transit, as items that are arrive damaged will not be provided with a refund. When sending your return item, you should use a trackable shipping service and make sure the value of the item is covered with suitable shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact tom@carvefinart.com.

Right to cancel

In accordance with distance selling rules, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered. You don’t need to give a reason for cancelling, though it would help me to know why you’re cancelling your order if you don’t mind letting me know.
